All products are made to order. Colors may vary slightly from on-screen representations due to monitor calibration and printing processes.

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate. Vertex Origin Studio reserves the right to cancel orders containing errors or fraudulent information.

3. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, and branding elements on this site are the property of Vertex Origin Studio. Any reproduction or commercial use without written authorization is prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability

Vertex Origin Studio is not responsible for delays caused by our fulfillment partner, customs authorities, or carriers beyond our control.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec.

6. Consumer Rights (Quebec)

Nothing in these terms and conditions limits or excludes the rights granted to consumers under the Quebec Consumer Protection Act or any other applicable Quebec law.
