Refund and Return Policy

All Vertex Origin Studio products are made to order by our print-on-demand partner. As each item is printed specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference, wrong size choice, or change of mind.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or significantly different from what was ordered, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number, a clear photo of the defect, and a brief description of the issue.

Quebec Consumer Protection

In accordance with Quebec's Consumer Protection Act, Quebec consumers have the right to cancel a distance contract within 7 days of receiving goods that do not conform to the contract.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of being placed, before production begins. After this period, the order is in production and can no longer be canceled.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your package has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, contact us and we will arrange for a replacement or a refund.
